Ok so I'm in love with the idea of a Fashion Friday link up aren't you? Too freakin cool and you get to see what others like and go virtual shopping!

So quick quiz question for you: Which American designer had the original name of Karl Anderson Jr?
I'll give you a hint I'm simply in love with his watches first and foremost and just recently was able to purchase one. I also love his bags as well as his clothing line and ready-to-wear sportswear always draws me in! Another hint, he is a judge alongside Heidi Klum. Ok Ok Ok I get it you must have figured it out by now so it will be no surprise that the designer I will be covering is Michael David Kors!

Ah yes it love for this designer... maybe to the point of obsession but its ok right because its fashion and I am especially loving the bags of his tha I saw at my other love (a.k.a. TJMaxx) They are so summer colors and love love love anything that makes me feel like I'm living at the beach again! Ok so I'm going to give you all some pictures to drool over (ok maybe not everyone loves him as much as I do) or just look at these pretties and see the love I have for his designs!

I saw this on Polish & Pearls blog and just thought it looked so good! Something I'd wear out on a night with the girls or maybe my next poker tournament! Ok so funny story I have a watch that has this huge face totoally blonged out. I wore it to a poker tournament and for some reason it continuously distracted all the guys at the table so it was awesome but I bet this would be more of a shocker to them! Ok Ok Ok I've never been much of a gold girl (except the bracelet I bought above!) But I must say rose gold is something that I can see me wearing for a while and as much of a fashion crime I hear it is at times (I live in a tiny tiny town that people would rather wear camo than really dress up) that you can't mix white gold and yellow or rose gold but I think this watch might work just fine into being able to be mixed! I think I could do it and love love love it!

Wishlist Wednesday... Miss Lifeguard Style!!! (It's All Makeup!!)

Ok so I'm in love with makeup and for years I wanted to do makeup but kinda had a suppressed creative side that I now regret not pursuing more. But hey I'm still young so it's a possibility so I want to share some items I'd love to add to my collection and of course possibly use in the future for some of my super glam friends! Leave me feedback on what you think and if in the future (once I get these dream items) you'd like to see a review?!?!? Ok so lets get started ladies (and gentleman are welcome as well!)!

As you all know I love me some Sigma Brushes so I want a beautiful Professional Brush Kit so that I can use in the future whether for myself or my friends I think it's a great edition... this may not help my not wanting to clean things the more brushes the less often I clean them?!?!?! Let hope not... So take a look at these beauties!!!

Next I'm so in love with finding a bronzer that doesn't make me look... well bad, oompa loompa, yuck, or like orange gerber daisies... but I have a hard time finding that since I am so fair skinned... that is until midway through summer after several applications of sunscreen rest assured!!! So I'm going crazy to try NARS Laguna Bronzer because everything that I read says it is simple AMAZEBALLS!!!

Ok here is where I run into a total issue of WHAT DO I DO?!?!?!?!

I'm in love with MAC products and have been for a while... mostly there eyeshadows should I say and I can't decide between the 4 palette or the 15 so I can add shadows as I go... advice please?!?!?! I'm loving the colors All That Glitters and Phloof(fyi that was used on Bella in Twilight movies... its meant to be!!!), I have several more that I'm really loving and waiting on their summer collection ( I think it will be 100% LOVE but maybe I shouldn't say that because I'm not loving the Spring Collection!) So does anyone have good words of wisdom for me?!?!?!

Next yes this will apply to beauty and randomness but I'm going to start filming for youtube! It is being jumpstarted byt a video for the Elle & Blair Contest and if you haven't seen these girls you should look them up under youtube names:

Target Tuesday!!! Look for this next week!!!

So this Target Tuesday is about my love of all things summer since obviously the South has hit another cold snap!!! I need summer dress and adorable shoes things that make me love summer!!! So enjoy the ride!!!

1. Thakoon for Target Gathered Dress in Cyber Floral... completely against what I usually go for but I am loving florals this season which goes against everything I stand for... but this one has sucked me in... damn you Target and your cute clothing!!!

Can you say adorable Mossimo Supply Co. Juniors One Shoulder Ruffle Dress... First off this is in purple and purple is my favorite color so of course this is a win for me!!! And a one shoulder dress = super cute summer date night outfit I think this dress screams love to me and the perfect beachy summer gorgeousness...

Next a girl needs shoes... I am a believer that a woman can never have too many shoes!!! These Women's Dolce Vita for Target Rope Wedge Sandals in Cognac are still on my wish list meaning yes ladies I have been depriving myself of going to my local Target... I'm committing more crimes than I can think of listing right now but depriving myself is the worst!!! So indulge in these beauties with me!!!

Jewelry Travel Cases!!

So I travel frequently and I'm tired of ziplock bags and tupperware cases to bring my jewelry around in so I'm on a mission to help anyone out there trying to find an easier way to travel! I will be listing several different options as well as different price points! I know we can't all afford some things at ridiculously high prices so I want to give all of my readers options!

1. The following I found labeled itself as earring organizer and travel case it looks a bit larger but possible a contender for those that carry lots of jewelry and wouldn't mind it taking up the space! The page has their pictures copyrighted but I'll give you the link: Mele Earring Organizer and Travel Jewelry Case and the price is $32.95.

2. Travel Jewelry Roll - Italian Leather This travel case looks so nice and is only priced at $49 but I can't say I wouldn't pay this much to protect my precious jewelry but sadly I don't think I could put my gorgeous watches in here so I'd have to find something else for them which is a downside but I really love this case as well as how compact it is compared to the other which is a plus in my book! I love carrying tons of shoes and clothes and makeup so that weighs a lot!

 

3. Of course I go back to a long lost love of mine to see what they offer... to me this looks more like something I'd give a bride to carry her precious jewels to her honeymoon destination! But yet I love it because it is elegant while being very protective and organized.. something I know I can for sure use in my life! Pottery Barn never puts anything out there that I haven't loved at least in the smallest bit so this Mckenna Travel Folio is no exception to this rule! At only $39 I don't think this is a bad deal for the money and it seems small and compact as well as a very organized method!

4. Ok so this is not normally my style whatsoever but I like the organization and the room... means my jewelry and precious watch that I found on super duper clearance at my love... A.K.A. TJMaxx!!!! And if I can find anything to keep that precious gem safe you bet I'll do it! Who says I can't paint it or find a way to make it my style! Pottery Barns selection of Audrey Jewelry Boxes gives me options along with functionality!

Christmas Cookies and Bedroom Wish List!

Ok so I promised pictures for y'all from my sister and I's cookie making extravaganza!!! Well here are those that I promised! Tuesday I must do my Corn Flake Candy or either tomorrow night and yes more cookies!

Needless to say it was a very fun night but a very large mess to clean up!!!

Next I think I mentioned that Mister Guardian and I scored big and a friend of us gave us a King Sized bed because they had to get rid of it.  I'm thrilled plus it has basically never been used so SCORE! Only one little issue with it, which of course the mister sees no problem but then again he doesn't care much about how the room looks he just sleeps there! It is green! Keep in mind is was in a cabin so it has a very woods feel and is like Pine Tree Green! For a cabin in the mountains in the woods FINE for my coastal beachy oasis not so fine. So this is sorta what it looks like here...

Except with different bedding! But I think come summer or Spring I'll break that bed out and strip the current paint and paint it this beautiful color white and maybe distress it a bit!

While I was looking for the beautiful bed that I want mine to look like I found this bathroom... As long as it had my beautiful tub (I have a problem I want jacuzzi mixed with claw foot mixed with rain shower head) but it it had all the qualifications with a fireplace I might could be in love. I hate cold bathrooms!

Ok so that is all for now and I will go back to dreamland about how I want my house to look!

Sweetest Sister Ever!

I promise I will get around to posting pictures soon but lets just say they are nothing like the pictures I posted that I wanted them to resemble but it was fun! Tonight we were going to make more but I had a horrible sick headache and I was babysitting my younger sister again! Keep in mind there is a 14 year difference between us and I'm about to be 22... So she realized I was sick and covered me up gave me a pillow and my favorite Build-A-Bear that I made with Mister Guardian and decided she knew just what I needed to feel better. You are probably thinking Chicken Noodle Soup but of course a child of that age can't make it so how does that happen, nope she made me a PB&J! The sweetest thing EVER! On top of that my family has this strange habit at our house, we each have our own color cup. My dad hates not having one go to cup so each of us has a special one and we wash our cup each night because my mom hates having tons of dirty cups around! Well my sister couldn't reach mine but didn't tell me that so she went into the dishwasher and found a tall blue snowman coffee cup to put me some sweet tea in, I guess you can figure my cup color is blue! She cheered me up so unbelievably well so we sat and watched iCarly and Suite Life on Deck the rest of the night! I thought this was just too cute not to share!

Ok so this is what my sister and I will be working on tonight and I simply can't wait!!! Granted she is a bit younger so keeping her focused and making it look perfect will be hard but I simply can't wait to have fun with her! So I figured why not blog what I'd like for them to look like then I will blog what they actually turn out like later tonight. We will also be working on my grandmothers recipe for Corn Flake Candy that has always been a favorite of mine. I can't wait but for now enjoy more pictures of yummy goodies.

Background Love!

Ok y'all I really want to make a header and background for my blog so it's a bit more interesting for my readers because well I'll admit it I don't even want to read it right now because it looks so boring!  So if anyone knows a good site or somewhere that I can visit a tutorial and learn how to make this blog a bit more interesting that would be greatly appreciated!

In other news I have started working on a list of a lot of things I hope to work on in the new year and of course what is listed above is one of those things! Once I finish that list I am sure to post it but I want to have it fully complete and not continuously adding things because I want this blog to keep me in check!

Ahhh and the days are slowly counting down to Monday because I may get to see my love if not then I WILL see him Tuesday! I can't wait to spend the holidays with him because it just makes everything that much more cheerful!

Stupid People At Gas Stations...

Ok so today seemed to be the normal day today and with all this luck I've been having my dad and I decided it was time to go cash in some random scratch offs he had picked up and we'd won on... So I unfortunately 5'3" 100 pound self has to go in to redeem them while there is a major creep star standing in the door. I figure just walk in the other door and he would leave me alone. Not the case major creep star turns like he's about to grab me... Oh hell NO!!! I'm not a fighter so I brushed it off but I stiffened up too I'm not ok with people coming after me I'm not ok with things like that you are a big man pick on someone your own size right? Well I had to go back to ask my dad something and creep star just stares me down then starts approaching the car. I was able to leave and go back inside when creep star proceeds to ask my father for money? Really you trying to slum it in a nice pair of Italian Leather Shoes I think NOT! Well I notice that as I am inside finishing up the transaction creep star decides to stand right behind my dads car, is he an idiot I mean my dad has horrible depth perception so this really wasn't smart of him on top of annoying my dad already when he approached me and begged for money. As I finally began to leave not knowing my father wasn't prepared for what possibly could break out he had also locked me out of the car and the guy had moved to the back end of my side of the car well lets just say firecracker here was ready for anything that might happen and as I was trying to get my dad to open the door creep star yet again began to approach me. NOT ok dude, I wasn't sending out good vibes but he never once backed down. Well since my mother works for the popo my dad had already called and asked an officer to come over because if creep star will do this to me he would do it to some unsuspecting college kid in my town and yes I'm from a small town but we have a small college there too.  By the time the popo had finally got there (the same cop that has a damn crush on me how annoying!) the guy had left, I'm guessing he figured that since we were still sitting in the parking lot that we were waiting on the cops. Plus we find out that the guy is a repeat offender and isn't even supposed to be on the property WTF but they think he has Alzheimer disease at the age of 40 but he refuses to go get checked for it. I'm sorry but girls like me that have had guys try to take advantage of me or hurt me in the past don't take this simple gesture as something to not worry about it puts me on high alert and little bit here doesn't like feeling like I'm in danger! So all in all now at the end of the day I look back and laugh but let me tell you I was hot and shaking I was so mad. So I hope that my accident can bring some laughter to all of y'all!

Next I finally made a Christmas wish list last night and was wondering what everyone had on theirs? I'll share mine with y"all now:

Ladies and Gentlemen,....

I can see my degree its just a few days away yet I still will not be able to touch it until May!!!

Whereas I know that it is only an Associates it means that I am one step closer to getting my bachelors! If you know me well you know that me staying through classes is an amazing feat to be bragging about. It is sad to say but I want classes that challenge me with like minded students but yet I always end up in the class where we don't learn all the material that we should and on day long reviews I go out of my mind crazy because I'm ready to take the test and move on!!! So soon it will be smack dab in holiday season with degree number one and tons of time to blog and girls let me tell you I have lots and lots to blog about.  Plus I have a sudden wedding to go to next weekend and need some style advice! Now ladies how many of you have dropped hints for months about that gorgeous pair of shoes that you wanted? I have done that tons of times before well this pair I was talking about was gladiator pumps and guess when my man decides to get them. Yes two days ago so that I can wear them to that wedding next weekend in the mountains in the cold but I can't complain because I am absolutely in LOVE with them! Yes I love Jessica Simpson Collection shoes and that is exactly what these pretty little babies are! So let me guess ya'll want to see a picture now? Ok well here it is...
